A series of seasonal dishes combined with West Fulton's own Scrumpy Ewe Cider.

This is a dinner influenced by Spanish Tapas and featuring excellent cider made just a few feet up the road at Scrumpy Ewe.
Local produce featured : fresh ham from Sap Bush Hollow; cheeses from Cotton Hill Creamery and Bovina Valley Farms; vegetables from Barbers Farm for dishes like patatas bravas, Spanish style caponata, bruschetta; and local eggs for huevos endiablados and flan.
